As part of the Rendez-vous Chine at the Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine
Asian Art Museums, Places and Networks, the challenges of the 21st Century
The experience and immersion of the public in a culture, a civilization, a practice, go hand in hand with intellectual and sensitive discovery, a trend that is developing with sensory exhibitions, projections, and virtual exhibitions. As part of the Printemps Asiatique, a meeting-debate at the Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine will bring together the actors of the major institutions that have been involved in the study of Asian collections since the 19th century, such as the Musée Guimet, the Ecole Française d'Extrême-Orient, or recent networks such as the ACA Project, or more recently the Asia Collections Network - Europe.
